Praxis Commons is a professional community built for higher education professionals who care deeply about the assessment of student learning. It is the place to bring the questions that come up in real practice: How do I write an outcome statement that faculty will actually use? What does good evidence of learning look like in my discipline? How do I turn assessment results into better teaching?
Members come from institutions across the country, two-year and four-year, public and private, and from every corner of assessment work: faculty, coordinators, deans, institutional researchers, and instructional designers. What connects them is a shared commitment to making student learning observable and to helping students succeed.
